Why does my order take a few days to ship?
Every Scarlight X item is made to order, printed just for you after you buy it. Production usually takes about 2–7 business days before your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us right away. We can only change or cancel an order before it goes into production, which often happens quickly.
Shipping
How long will shipping take?
After your order ships, US delivery typically takes about 3–8 business days. International delivery usually takes about 10–20 business days and sometimes longer. These are estimates, and some items made outside the US can take longer. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your items and location. You'll see the cost before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many countries. International orders may be charged customs duties or import taxes by your country, and these are paid by the buyer.
How can I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your order includes items from different print partners, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
Returns and issues
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, email us within 30 days with your order number and photos, and we'll send a reprint or a refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
My package says delivered but I can't find it. What should I do?
Check with neighbors and your local post office first, as packages sometimes turn up a day or two later. If it's still missing, contact us within 30 days and we'll help.
Sizing
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Sizes can vary from brand to brand, so we recommend measuring something similar that you already own and comparing. If you're between sizes, email us and we'll help you choose.
Product care
Always check the care label on your item first. In general:
Blankets
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, on its own or with similar colors. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Don't use bleach, and don't iron directly over the print.
Desk mats, bath mats and yoga mats
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let air dry completely. Avoid harsh cleaners, scrubbing brushes, and direct heat. Store desk and yoga mats flat or loosely rolled with the printed side out.
Apparel and aprons
Turn inside out and machine wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry on low or hang to dry. Don't bleach, dry-clean, or iron directly on the print.
About our designs
Who makes the artwork?
Every design begins with AI. Our designer, a BFA-trained painter and graphic designer, then perfects it on her computer and makes every final decision. The cat may be the boss, but the artist has the last word on the art. Learn more on our About page.
