Every Scarlight X item is printed or made to order by our production partners. Here's what to expect after you check out.
## Production time
Most orders are made within **2–7 business days**. Busy seasons, like the weeks before the holidays, can take a little longer.
## Delivery time
After production, typical transit times are:
- **United States:** about 3–8 business days
- **International:** about 7–21 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays and customs checks can add time.
## Where we ship
We ship to most countries worldwide. Available shipping options and rates for your address are shown at checkout. Some products only ship to certain countries. If an item can't ship to you, checkout will let you know.
## Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Free shipping is available on eligible orders, as shown at checkout.
## Orders may arrive in more than one package
We work with several production facilities in the US, Europe, the UK and Asia, so each item is made where it can be produced best and shipped closest to you. That means items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You won't be charged extra for this beyond the shipping shown at checkout.
## Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If an order ships in several packages, you may get more than one tracking email.
## International orders: duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by your country. These are set by your local customs office, aren't included in our prices or shipping, and are the buyer's responsibility.
## Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We can't be responsible for packages delayed or lost because of an incorrect address. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
## Lost or damaged packages
